Built between 2004 and 2006, this 15,118 m² building houses the Headquarter offices of car manufacturer SEAT within the Martorell industrial complex. Custom-designed as a flagship asset, it combines high-quality construction with contemporary design, offering spacious, functional, and adaptable areas for high-level corporate operations. This strategic asset, representative of the company, integrates executive functions with logistical connectivity within the industrial complex, consolidating its position as the core of SEAT's corporate operations. The asset was designed and build by one of our portfolio companies as a “turn-key” project for the car manufacturer. We have also developed for SEAT other strategic assets in the area in which we currently manage and hold ownership.
