The project involved the development of 168 homes, integrated into a modern, efficient scheme of high architectural quality, designed by the studio led by Miquel Roa. Of the total, 57 homes are officially protected housing units (VPO) under the general sale regime, ensuring access to housing at regulated prices. A strategic development that combines sustainability, urban planning and social commitment.
