Industrial park comprising 12 units with individual surfaces ranging from 750 sqm to 1,200 sqm, conceived as a single, integrated complex designed for small-scale industrial and productive activities. The units follow a double-floor warehouse implementation, with doubled floor area on the ground and first floors, and a load-bearing capacity exceeding 1,000 kg/sqm, enabling intensive and flexible industrial use. The concept, definition, and design of the project were carried out through other of our affiliated entities. Subsequently, Adequa became actively involved in the commercial management of the asset, playing a key role in the leasing of the individual units as well as in the sale of selected warehouses within the park as part of the company strategy. The complex comprises a total built area exceeding 18,000 sqm and was defined from the outset under a clear park concept, featuring a well-structured internal circulation for goods and logistics, enhancing operational efficiency and day-to-day functionality for industrial users. Within the scope of the project, approximately 5,000 sqm were initially allocated to self-storage use where the specialist operating entity RESERVA was created. Adequa also managed the sale of this business including the operating company and the assets to Bluespace, the leading self-storage operator in Spain.
