Adequa has played a decisive role in a number of Spain’s most significant datacenter developments and existing facilities, combining strategic vision, technical acumen, and commercial capabilities to make them possible. We are a rare platform in the marketplace as we have historically owned, designed and built datacenter facilities. More recently, Adequa has positioned itself as a specialized DC platform providing ready to build sites, for all sorts of strategies and operating needs within its focus arm DCITE. We identified and secured strategic sites, structured diverse and complex deals for operating companies, and supported investors and technical teams throughout each project’s definition. From edge and close to edge transaction in urban locations such as the AQ Compute campus, the GTR site in Parc de l’Alba or EdgeConneX in Sant Boi, to cloud, HPC or AI requests in larger deals under development like some of D-Hub campuses across selected spots. DCITE is also an active participant along with many private and public stakeholders within the business, which has been essential in aligning strategy, datacenter frameworks and requirements at all levels. Adequa within the scope of DCITE is committed to becoming a key driver of the critical digital infrastructure shaping the European future.
