We structured a ready-to-build transaction with specialist DC platform GTR. Adequa played an active role in the acquisition of the plot, the development of the site including the future datacenter infrastructure, the structuring of agreements with operating companies, and the final transfer of the holding structure. Adequa acted as the principal party coordinating all stakeholders involved in the process, including technical teams, advisors, utilities, public authorities, and operators. The project is located in Parc de l’Alba, an area where Adequa has already been involved in other datacenter transactions as well as through tertiary and residential projects where it is also developing in the present and for the coming years.
