Viladecans Business Park, is a large area dedicated to the economic, business, and commercial development of the municipality strategically located in the outskirts of the Barcelona and in close distance to the airport. The first phase of the Viladecans Business Park consisted of four office buildings totalling approximately 34,000 m². It offers open-plan, bright, and flexible spaces for businesses. With outstanding green areas, parking facilities, and nearby services, it creates a comfortable work environment. The park was built by one of our portfolio companies more than 20 years ago. The development was an initiative between a group of local investors led by us and international investor Goodman which was in charge of managing the portfolio. Currently sold, today the park is owned by one of Meridia’s funds.
