A project comprising the preparation works for the development of Barcelona’s first and largest Data Center Park, with a planned maximum capacity of 50 MW once fully developed across all phases, positioning it as the city’s highest-capacity and most powerful datacenter node. Adequa acted on behalf of the owner, a family owned industrial group looking to capitalise on the site others failed previously, advising on the sale of the plot, in coordination with local consortium officials and datacenter operators. In addition, Adequa provided technical support to external teams, contributing to the proper technical and strategic definition of the project.
