Two mixed-use technical and office buildings were constructed and leased to the Purchasing and Simultaneous Engineering departments of car manufacturer SEAT. The assets were carefully designed with high tech characteristics and show superior features in terms of floor load, facilities and power availability. We currently manage these buildings, which are particularly suitable for a number of clients with strong technical requirements.
